Your membership tier is determined based on your cumulative invoiced value within 12 months from the start of your first qualifying purchases. 

Once a tier is reached, the card’s validity will depend on that specific tier. Our staff will gladly assist you to confirm the exact expiry details.

Your STAR Rewards tier is determined by your total spending at Khanh An Clinic. Eligible spending includes:

• Single physiotherapy sessions
• Physiotherapy treatment plans (5, 10, 30 sessions, etc.)
• Health supplements distributed at our clinic

No. The STAR Rewards program including its benefits and complimentary sessions are non-refundable, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or monetary value, and valid only within the card’s validity period. 

STAR Rewards benefits apply to the primary card holder only and are non-transferable. 

You can use your complimentary session at any time during the card’s validity period. Please contact Khanh An Clinic’s support team to schedule your session. A re-examination may be required before treatment, and we will inform you if so.

Please note:

• Complimentary sessions (including birthday sessions) can only be used after your current physiotherapy plan has been completed and must be used to treat the same body region as originally diagnosed.
• The free neck and shoulder pain treatment can be used at any time, subject to re-examination if needed.

You will be notified via our official communication channels when you have been upgraded. Alternatively, our staff can also check for you at the front desk.
